Blue Voyage Yachting Group d.o.o. has entered its BLUE IMPACT 360° – The Future of Sustainable Yachting project for the Eco Excellence Award 2026, held as part of the Biograd Boat Show. The project is a complete approach to vessel modernisation, energy efficiency and the use of modern marine energy systems on the Adriatic.

More sustainable boating does not rely only on new vessels and future technologies. Real progress can also be made by modernising existing boats, choosing the right equipment and managing energy more efficiently.

This idea is the basis of BLUE IMPACT 360°, a project Blue Voyage Yachting Group is developing from hands-on experience in installing, connecting and maintaining marine energy systems.

The project covers four connected areas: electric and hybrid propulsion technologies, smart energy management, professional installation and vessel modernisation, and long-term servicing.

What makes the project especially valuable is its practical basis. The entry includes photo documentation of installations actually carried out on vessels, not just a presentation of planned technical solutions.

Documented examples include the installation of Fischer Panda marine generators, among them the 15000i and 5000i Neo models, with their PMGi modules and parts of the cooling, exhaust and fuel installations.

Alongside generator systems, the project presents the use of Victron Energy equipment, inverters, chargers and solar systems on board.

Solutions like these make it possible to match how electricity is produced, stored and used to the real needs of each vessel.

A well-designed integration of different energy sources can lead to more rational use of on-board equipment and less unnecessary generator running. The actual energy and environmental benefits depend on the system configuration and how the boat is used.
