We publish information about boats, equipment, prices and availability with care, but it is for information only and may change without notice. It is not a binding offer. Photos may show optional equipment that is not included in the price.
Prices
Prices are in euros. Each price states whether VAT is included; where it does not, the price in the written offer applies. The final price, equipment and delivery time are confirmed in a written offer or contract.
Inquiries, purchases and charter
An inquiry sent through the site is not an order or a booking. Boat purchases, charter, servicing, dry dock and courses are agreed separately, under the terms of the offer or contract we send you.
Payment
We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), through PayPal and Stripe, and by bank transfer, depending on the service. The payment method and due date are stated in the offer or contract. Card details are never entered on this website.

The texts, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Blue Voyage Yachting Group or their owners and may not be used without permission. Boat and engine brand names and logos are the property of their manufacturers.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the site being temporarily unavailable, by errors in the information, or by the content of external sites we link to.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the competent court in Rijeka. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
